Terms of purchase

1. General terms

All purchases through our website are governed by standard consumer purchase regulations. Consumer purchases are subject to, among others, the Consumer Purchases Act,, the Right of Withdrawal Act,, the Personal Data Act and the Credit Purchase Act..

To complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old. Alternatively, a parent or another adult may place the order on your behalf.

These terms, together with the order and order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase. Shop.a3d.no is responsible for all transactions made via the website.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in prices, product descriptions or specifications. Some items may also be out of stock.

2. Payment

We offer payment via Klarna by card or bank transfer.

Payment by invoice

For business orders, an invoice may be issued. Paper invoices incur a fee of NOK 35, while electronic invoices are free of charge.

We do not store your payment information.

3. Prices

All prices for private customers include VAT. The total cost, including shipping and packaging, is shown before the order is completed.

4. Shipping

Norway – Store pickup

You will be notified via SMS and email when the item is ready for pickup. Pickup takes place by agreement at:

Norway – Delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Delivery time within Norway is normally 3–8 business days. Shipments are sent with Posten/Bring.

We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. 

Uncollected parcels returned to us incur a fee of NOK 250. NOK 250.

International shipping

Shipments to European countries: NOK 299. NOK 299.

If the parcel is not collected or is returned, the customer is charged NOK 500.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country and is normally 7–14 business days. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

5. Inspection upon receipt

Upon receiving the item, check that the delivery matches your order and that the item is free from defects or damage. Contact us immediately in case of any discrepancies.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. Notice must be sent in writing or via the withdrawal form.

Items must be returned within 14 days after notification. You are responsible for returning the goods safely, in the same condition and quantity as received. Original packaging is recommended.

The buyer is responsible for return costs.

The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases from our online store.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received the item or confirmation of return. For partial returns, only the value of returned items is refunded.

7. Returns, complaints and warranty

In case of defects or faults in the product, contact us as soon as possible. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, and no later than 3–5 years after receipt (5-year warranty on warning lights and 3-year warranty on the license plate bracket). Complaints made within 2 months are considered timely.

Approved complaints may result in repair, replacement or refund, depending on what is most appropriate.

8. Changes to terms

Shop.a3d.no reserves the right to update these terms in case of legal changes or other needs. The current version will always be available on the website.

9. Personal data

Shop.a3d.no is the data controller for personal data. We collect and process only the data necessary to fulfill the agreement. Data may be shared with third parties only when necessary to deliver the service (e.g. shipping companies) or when required by law.

Your data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
